We are TWIF Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We develop and license proprietary software frameworks and tools and provide a cloud-based service offering that enables real-time live video broadcasting from personal communication and computing devices. Vedeeo is a vertical of TWIF Technologies Pvt. Ltd., offering specialized real-time video communication solutions.

Your acceptance of these Terms is required in order for you to access and use the Vedeeo Solution. By registering with us, or by using the Vedeeo Solution in whole or in part, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us. Please read these Terms carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you cannot use the Vedeeo Solution. We reserve the right at our discretion to propose modifications to these Terms periodically. We will notify you of such changes via an email sent to the email address we have on file for you or via other notification mechanisms. Your continued use of and access to the Vedeeo Solution after notice of such modifications indicates your acceptance of and agreement to the modified Terms.

1.0 Defined Terms

• "Access Information": User name, password, and other log-in information for access to the Vedeeo Solution.

• "Authorized Users": Your employees or agents using the Vedeeo Solution on your behalf and for your benefit.

• "Content": Text, images, graphics, photos, video, audio, and any other content, information, or data created, derived from, or accessible via use of the Vedeeo Solution.

• "Vedeeo Applications": The off-the-shelf application software that allows customers of our client companies to place a video call to their showroom.

• "Vedeeo Cloud Service": The internet-delivered service that stores only chats and customer data, enabling real-time communication for client companies.

• "Vedeeo Player": The embeddable video playback application that solely facilitates video calls.

• "Vedeeo Software": The Vedeeo Applications and the Vedeeo Tools.

• "Vedeeo Solution": Vedeeo Cloud Service, Vedeeo Software, Support Services, and all other services and solutions offered by TWIF Technologies Pvt. Ltd. under the Vedeeo vertical.

• "Order": The online signup page or separate ordering form accepted by you.

• "Privacy Policy": Our privacy policy available at https://www.vedeeo.com/privacy .

• "We", "us", "our" or "Vedeeo": TWIF Technologies Pvt. Ltd., through its Vedeeo vertical, organized under the laws of India.

• "You" or "your": The individual or company using the Vedeeo Solution.
  
  
  
  

2.0 Subscriptions to the Vedeeo Solution

2.1 Availability
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, including payment obligations, we will make available a subscription to the Vedeeo Solution in accordance with the applicable Order(s).

2.2 Evaluation Trial
Any content or data generated during the evaluation period will be lost unless you subscribe to the service.

2.3 Reservation of Rights
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Vedeeo Solution and our Content, along with all associated intellectual property rights.

3.0 Use of the Vedeeo Solution

3.1 Necessary Systems
Your access depends on your hardware, software, and internet connectivity. You are responsible for all network charges.

3.2 Unauthorized Use
You will not use the Vedeeo Solution for illegal or infringing activities or violate applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3.3 Notifications to You
We may communicate with you via email, SMS, or notifications regarding your account and service updates.

4.0 Software License

4.1 License Grant
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Vedeeo Software solely for business or personal use.

4.2 Unauthorized Use
You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Vedeeo Software.

5.0 Content & Data Protection

5.1 Responsibility for Content
All Content is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for loss or unauthorized access to any Content.

5.2 Privacy & Data Compliance
Vedeeo complies with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019.

6.0 Payment & Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Charges
You agree to pay the specified subscription fees, and failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6.2 Taxes
All applicable taxes, including GST, will be borne by you.

7.0 Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Vedeeo provides services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Vedeeo Solution.

7.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by you in the preceding three months.

7.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vedeeo harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

8.0 Term & Termination

8.1 Term
Your subscription remains active until terminated by either party with prior notice.

8.2 Termination for Cause
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to make payments.

9.0 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Karnataka (Bangalore), India.

10.0 General Provisions

10.1 Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Vedeeo Solution constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

11.0 Website Creation Terms

Vedeeo offers businesses the option to have a basic marketing website created as part of any plan — Free, Pro, or Enterprise.

The following terms apply:

Base Website Package (₹3999):

• Includes domain name registration (subject to availability).

• A 2-page marketing website with:

  • Home Page

  • Contact Page

• Hosting and integration with Vedeeo’s video call banner.

1. Customization & Additional Pages:

   • Any requests for extra pages, custom features, or design modifications beyond the standard 2 pages are not included in the base ₹3999 package.

   • Such custom work will be priced separately, based on the scope and requirements of each business. Final pricing will be determined solely by Vedeeo.

2. Ownership & Hosting:

   • The website will be hosted and maintained by Vedeeo under the selected domain.

   • Businesses will be responsible for providing all required content (images, text, contact info, etc.).

   • Maintenance or updates beyond the initial setup are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.

3. Non-Refundable:

   • The ₹3999 charge is non-refundable, even if the business discontinues use or cancels the website after creation.
