- Businesses must truthfully represent their products and avoid any misleading claims.
- Agents are expected to maintain professionalism during video calls and adhere to the communication standards set by their business.
3. Respect and Inclusion
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
- All users are expected to contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment regardless of gender, age, race, religion, or background.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Information shared during a call must be treated as confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Businesses must not misuse customer data or video call content.
- Vedeeo employs encryption and access controls to safeguard data, but users are also responsible for protecting sensitive information.
5. Responsible Use of Vedeeo
- The platform must not be used to spread misinformation, conduct illegal sales, or impersonate others.
- Any attempt to exploit platform features to harm others, extract unauthorized data, or disrupt service is forbidden.
- Businesses are responsible for ensuring their agents comply with this code.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
- Violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to compliance@vedeeo.in.
- Vedeeo will review all complaints and may take corrective actions including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
